This forum is a place for like-minded women to get inpsired and inspire others!
Please use the following etiquette for this forum:
- Brags - No brag is too big or too small or too intimate. Even the little brags help us see our accomplishments we minimize. The bold brags SO take us higher!
- Desires - Give yourself permission to dream big and have it all!
- Give and Take - Besides posting often, be sure to reply to other's posts as well and "give" her a thumbs up with some acknowledgment which Mama Gena calls "upriding." We want to "yes" women on the boards & tell them they are amazing and to keep reaching and going for it.
- Acknowledgments are best - Please, no advice giving or coaching. Let her know you stand for her in her joy, rage, grief, etc. That all her feelings and desires are welcome here. It courageous just to be here and be seen!

Read the "Stickys" at the top of each section for further instructions
- Hot Tip # 1 - To make a post, click on the section you want to go into, then click "start a new topic" in upper right
Hot Tip #2 - If you make a post, and want to be notified each time someone responds to you, click on "email me whenever there's a new post to this topic" after you type in your entry and before you click submit on your post
- Hot Tip #3 - If you really like one of the sections and want to know everytime someone writes something then click on "subcribe to this forum" on top right within that section
- Avatar - Go to User Details along top of screen and fill out your Profile info on the left; and be sure to upload your avatar (i.e., a picture of yourself) in the Avatar section
